Using texts drawn from Scripture passages that reflect the biblical themes of the Sundays of Easter, this set of Alleluias and Verses has a melody based on the medieval tune CHRIST IST ERSTANDEN. The set includes nine Verses, each to be used for a different service during the Easter season. Each Verse is to be sung after the Epistle and immediately before the Holy Gospel during the service.
