Jesse Yow

Dr. Jesse Yow is a freelance writer, editor, and speaker with leadership experience in mission-driven program development and execution. Yow holds a PhD in engineering from the University of California. He recently retired as Department Head from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where he worked in applied science and led programs in energy and environment. An active lay member of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod, Yow teaches Bible classes at Our Savior Lutheran Ministries in Livermore, California; has served three terms on the Commission on Theology and Church Relations; and now serves on the LCMS Board of Directors.
