Carmen Scialla

Dr. Carmen Scialla currently serves as music director at Somerset Hills Lutheran Church in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. He has previously worked as a professor of piano at Monmouth University, professor of piano and director of choral studies at Kean University of New Jersey, director of keyboard studies at California University of Pennsylvania, and professor of piano at Arkansas State University. Dr. Scialla’s music has been widely published, and he has frequently performed as a pianist in major concert halls throughout Europe, China, and the United States. He has appeared in solo recitals, in chamber music concerts, and as a featured piano soloist with an orchestra. He received his BM from State University of New York at Fredonia, his MM from the Eastman School of Music, and his PhD from Louisiana State University.
