From My Perspective III is a gathering of diverse compositions written by Dr. Charles W. Ore between 1971 and 1994.
Concerning the music, Dr. Ore states, While I am interested in all aspects of composition, it is primarily in the use of timbre, texture, and rhythm that I have tried to develop a style of writing that is indigenous to American culture yet reflective of historic traditions that have been used by composers for hundreds of years.
