Jeffrey Honoré
Jeffrey Honoré graduated magna cum laude with a degree in music from the University of Wisconsin—Parkside in 1980. With a certification to teach K–12 vocal and instrumental music, he taught high school choral music in Ripon, Wisconsin. Since 1984, he has worked full time as a pastoral musician in the Catholic tradition, serving parishes in Milwaukee and Phoenix. He also has been the director of the Milwaukee Archdiocesan Choir since the mid-1990s. Jeff remains a member of ALMA/NPM/DMMD, Handbell Musicians of America, and ACDA/WCDA. With publications from many publishers, he remains active in handbell, choral, and organ writing, mainly for the church. Jeff lives with his wife of thirty-two years, Debra. They collaborate doing keyboard concerts in southeastern Wisconsin, and they can be found in the summer months on a golf course or hiking trails.
